Did you get the flu shot?
Our family did not, however 2 out of the 4 in our family did get this flu. If we had gotten the flu shot, would that mean no one in our family would of gotten the flu? I don't know, but it's highly unlikely.
Does this mean we will get the flu shot next year? No, but what we will do is make sure we consume more Vitamin D.
Why Vitamin D? Mounting research suggests Vitamin D deficiency may actually be a major cause of influenza. People with the lowest Vitamin D levels report having significantly more colds or cases of the flu.
